JSW net profit down by 70%

JSW Steel’s Q3 FY25 net profit dropped 70% YoY to ₹717 crore, better than the expected ₹639 crore. Revenue fell 1% YoY to ₹41,378 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly steel production at 7.03 million tonnes, with saleable steel sales of 6.71 million tonnes. EBITDA stood at ₹5,579 crore, showing resilience despite margin pressures.
