Indigo net profit drop by 18%
InterGlobe Aviation’s Q3 revenue rose 14% YoY to ₹22,111 crore, driven by a 12% increase in available seat kilometers (ASK) and a 13.5% rise in revenue passenger kilometers (RPK). The load factor improved to 86.9%. However, the cost per available seat kilometer (CASK) excluding fuel jumped 23.1% to ₹3.25 due to inflation and higher costs. EBITDAR increased 10.7% to ₹6,059 crore, with a margin of 27.4%, slightly down from last year. Adjusted for forex, EBITDAR margin improved to 33.7%.
